Working hours
Weekly table with open/closed and hours per day.
The table
In Dashboard → Settings → "Working hours" section there are 7 rows — one per day. Each row has:
• Day label (mobile: Mon, Tue; desktop: Monday, Tuesday)
• From time (HH:MM picker)
• Arrow between (→)
• To time (HH:MM picker)
• Toggle button on the right: Open (green) / Closed (red)
Closed toggle
When you toggle a day to "Closed", time pickers turn gray and don't accept input. The bot won't offer slots that day. Handy for Sunday or days off.
Impact on the bot
The bot computes free slots = (working hours) - (Google Calendar busy events) - (buffer). If hours are 09:00–18:00, the bot won't offer 19:00 even if the calendar is free.
Holidays and vacation
For temporary changes (vacation, holiday) — DON'T touch working hours, you'll need to revert manually later. Instead, block days in Google Calendar (all-day busy event) — the bot auto-skips those slots.
Tip: Working hours changes are persisted only after clicking the Save bar.
