Products

Besides services, many businesses also sell products (shampoos, gels, cosmetics). The bot can answer questions about products, prices, availability — but does NOT book them on the calendar (they're not services).

In Dashboard → Settings → "Products" section you have a list similar to services, but without duration. For each product: • Name (bold) • Category (optional) • Price (or em dash "—" if blank) • Trash icon

Edit modal with 3 fields: • Name (text) • Category (text with autocomplete from existing categories) • Price (number + currency symbol) Up to 30 products.

Good for: • Barbershops with men's cosmetics • Hair salons with shampoos and hair products • Spa centers with at-home products • Gyms with supplements Not for full e-commerce — better connect Shopify or a Stripe link there.
