Team members
Add members, levels, per-member pricing and calendars.
Which template has a team
Team is enabled for: barbershop, hair salon, dental, lashes & brows, aesthetic clinic, gym (trainers), spa. For solo businesses (lawyer, personal trainer) — leave it empty.
Adding a member
In the "Team" section → "+ Add team member" button. For each you fill:
• Name (text)
• Level (text or dropdown with suggestions: Junior / Barber / Senior / Chef / Owner)
• Calendar (if Google Calendar is connected) — which calendar receives this member's bookings
Per-member pricing
Actual prices are set in Services (you see a "Per-member pricing" table there). Here in Team you only set the name and level. Prices come later.
Per-member calendar
If Google Calendar is connected, you can set a separate calendar per specialist. A star badge next to a calendar means primary. Leave blank — primary is used for all.
Deleting
Trash icon next to the name → asks for confirmation. Before deleting, consider active bookings — they stay in Google Calendar, but the bot won't pick this member anymore.
