How the bot sounds — friendly, professional, or cool.
Where it's configured
In the setup wizard — the "Personality" screen with 3 presets.
In the dashboard — Settings → "Tone & rules" section → "Tone" textarea (3 rows, auto-expanding).
The dashboard lets you free-form, not just presets. Write your own instructions.
The presets
• Friendly (😊) — warm, conversational, emojis, casual
• Professional (👔) — polite, calm, business tone, formal
• Cool & casual (🤙) — youthful, jokes and slang, concise
Whatever you pick is translated into real text for the system prompt.
Custom tone
In the dashboard you can write your own instructions, e.g.:
"Reply concisely (max 2 sentences), no emojis, formal address. Always offer the first free slot from tomorrow. If a client asks for a discount, don't give one — politely say we have fixed prices."
This text goes directly into the bot's system prompt.
How to test
After changing tone → Save → try it in preview chat (if still in setup) or send yourself an Instagram DM. The change is live immediately after save.
Tip: If the bot sounds off or too formal — this textarea is the first place to look.
