Delete the bot
Danger zone — irreversible action.
Where it is
In Overview tab → at the bottom there's a red-bordered "Danger zone" section. Contains:
• Warning icon + "Danger zone" heading
• Description "Deleting this receptionist is irreversible"
• Red "Delete receptionist" button (with trash icon)
Confirmation modal
Clicking the button opens a modal with:
• "Delete receptionist?" title
• Business name in the text
• Warning if subscription is active: "Deleting will cancel the subscription"
• "Type business name to confirm" field — must match exactly
• Red Delete button (disabled until name matches) + Cancel
What gets deleted
• Receptionist row in the database (config, services, team, FAQ, rules)
• Conversation history
• Daily stats
• Instagram webhook subscription
• Google Calendar OAuth tokens (revoked)
What is NOT touched:
• The actual events in Google Calendar (remain)
• Stripe customer (kept, can be reused for a new bot)
Cancel only subscription, not the bot
Want to temporarily pause the business (closed for 2 months) but keep the config? Go to the Stripe billing portal and cancel the subscription. The bot will remain inactive in the database — you can reactivate later.
Tip: Deletion is irreversible. If unsure — first export conversation history, then delete.
