Bot gives wrong price

A client got a wrong price for a service.

1. Check the service in dashboard → Settings → Services — price there should be correct. 2. If a team member has an individual price (per-member override), it takes precedence. 3. If an FAQ contains a different price in the answer — it may override. Clean up conflicting FAQs. 4. If rules mention a price and it's stale — update or remove.

Save bar

Don't forget to click Save after changing. Changes are NOT live until you click the Save bar at the bottom.
