One message = one AI-generated reply. If the client sends 5 messages and the bot replies 5 times — that's 5 from the limit. System events (confirmations, reminders) do NOT count.

If you hit the limit mid-month — buy a 500-message add-on for €19, no upgrade needed. Add-ons apply instantly and last until the end of the current billing cycle.
