Multiple channels, one bot
Which channels are live today and how the bot behaves with several connected at once.
Live channels today
In Dashboard → Channels you see 5 rows:
• **Instagram** — live, one-click connect.
• **Facebook Messenger** — live, one-click connect.
• **Google Calendar** — live (for booking); optional when the bot is in info-only mode.
• **WhatsApp** — coming soon (placeholder).
• **Telegram** — coming soon (placeholder).
You can connect Instagram + Facebook + Google Calendar at the same time for one receptionist.
One AI behavior, all channels
The bot uses the same configuration (services, prices, tone, rules, FAQs) regardless of whether the client writes on Instagram or Facebook. Behavior is consistent everywhere.
Message count = AI reply count
One client message → one AI reply → one unit from your monthly limit, regardless of channel. If the same client writes on Instagram and Facebook in parallel — they're two separate conversations and count independently.
