Where settings live
All bot settings live in Dashboard → "Settings" tab. They're split into 7 collapsible sections:
1. Business info — name, owner, contacts, address
2. Working hours — 7-day table
3. Team — members, levels, individual prices, calendars
4. Services — name, price, duration, per-member prices
5. Products — extra items for sale
6. FAQ — questions and answers
7. Tone & rules — bot personality + custom rules
When to touch which
• Change a price → Services (or Team if per-member)
• Change working hours (holiday, day off) → Working hours
• New specialist → Team
• New common question → FAQ
• Bot sounds off → Tone & rules
• Business moves → Business info
Save bar
Every change in the Settings tab activates a sticky save bar at the bottom: "You have unsaved changes" + a "Save changes" button. Without clicking Save, changes are NOT persisted. After save you see green "Saved successfully".
Tip: If you leave the page without clicking Save, the browser will warn you.
