Dashboard overview
Your receptionist list + 5 tabs (Overview, Channels, Boost, Settings, Conversations) for each of them.
Receptionist list (multi-receptionist)
Supports multiple receptionists under one account. Each shows as a card with:
• Business name.
• Status badge (green Active / yellow Paused / grey Not connected / red Error / grey Pending).
• Billing pill top-right — varies by state: ✓ Pro · €99/mo (active), ✓ Trial · 2d (trialing), ✗ Payment failed (past_due), ✗ Subscription cancelled (cancelled), ⚠ Plan needed (no plan).
• Quick stats (today's AI replies, bookings, cancellations).
• Menu button (disconnect, etc.).
The 5 tabs per receptionist
1. **Overview** — Stats grid (totals + today + usage + subscription cards), quick Instagram and Google Calendar status cards, Danger zone (delete with password).
2. **Channels** — connect and manage channels (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Google Calendar; WhatsApp + Telegram coming soon).
3. **Boost** — extra features and upgrade options.
4. **Settings** — edit everything: business info, team, services, products, FAQ, working hours, personality (language + tone), rules.
5. **Conversations** — conversation history (desktop only; hidden on mobile because the UX breaks).
Sticky save bar
When you make changes in the Settings tab, a sticky bar appears at the bottom with a "Save" button — debounced auto-detection of changes. Without clicking, changes are NOT persisted. Details — see the "Save bar" page.
