3 days free with a 250-message cap, on any plan.
How it activates
Trial activates automatically when you pick a plan on the paywall after setup. No promo code needed. Requires a card (Stripe), but we do NOT charge during the first 3 days.
250-message cap
Regardless of plan (Starter, Pro, Business), trial has a flat cap of 250 messages over 3 days. This protects against test bots and abuse. After the first payment the limit jumps to the plan's full quota automatically.
When it ends
Trial ends at the earlier of:
• 72 hours after activation
• The 250th message
On day 3 Stripe automatically charges the card for the first full month. The limit resets to the plan's full quota.
Cancel before the end
You can cancel anytime via the Stripe billing portal or by emailing ai@raiceptionist.com. Cancel before day 3 — no charge. The bot stays active until end of day 3.
One trial per account
Trial is one-time. If you've had a trial — even if you canceled — next time you pay immediately. New account with another email on the same card — Stripe will recognize and charge.
