You've hit your plan's AI reply limit.
When you hit the limit, the bot stops replying until next month or until upgrade. Options:
• +500 replies add-on for €19
• Upgrade to a bigger plan
• Wait for the next billing cycle
Trial limit
During trial the limit is flat 250 messages, regardless of plan. If you hit 250 before day 3 — the bot stops until the first payment (which Stripe processes automatically on day 3).
