Channels tab
Hub for all channels. 3 live (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Google Calendar) + 2 placeholders (WhatsApp, Telegram — Coming soon).
5 rows in the tab
The **Channels** tab shows 5 rows in this order:
1. **Instagram** — live. One-click connect.
2. **Facebook Messenger** — live. One-click connect.
3. **Google Calendar** — live. Carries a "(optional)" label when the bot is info-only.
4. **WhatsApp** — greyed out (opacity-60), "Soon" badge, "Coming soon" text. No Connect button.
5. **Telegram** — greyed out, "Soon" badge, "Coming soon" text. No Connect button.
Status badges on each live row
For Instagram, Facebook and Google Calendar:
• **Connected** (green badge) — shows handle/page name/calendar name + a menu button for disconnect.
• **Pending setup** (yellow badge) — OAuth succeeded, webhook subscribe didn't — "Retry" button.
• **Token expired** (red badge) — rare; click disconnect then connect again.
• **Connect** (default state) — Connect button that opens the modal.
Channel connections are per-receptionist
If you have multiple receptionists, each has its own Channels tab with its own connections. The same Instagram account cannot be connected to two receptionists at once — you'll see an error "This Instagram account is already linked to another of your receptionists".
