Conversation history
Browse past DMs in the Conversations tab.
Where it is
"Conversations" tab — desktop only (hidden on mobile because the UX breaks). Contains a list of conversations on the left and a preview of the selected one on the right.
The list
For each conversation:
• Client avatar (or icon if none)
• Name (from Instagram or phone) or sender ID
• Channel (Instagram, WhatsApp...)
• Last message (truncated)
• Timestamp
• Unread message count (badge)
Conversation view
Click a conversation → full chat opens:
• All messages from client and bot
• Timestamps
• Channel indicator
• Marker if the bot called a tool (booking, cancellation)
You can manually reply — the bot will skip this conversation and you'll handle subsequent messages yourself.
