WhatsApp — coming soon
WhatsApp Business API integration is not live yet. In the Channels tab the row shows a "Soon" badge.
Current status
The WhatsApp channel is visible in Dashboard → Channels but is greyed out (opacity-60) with a "Soon" badge and "Coming soon" text. There's no Connect button, no OAuth flow. It's a placeholder for the upcoming integration.
What to do meanwhile
While the WhatsApp integration is being built, Instagram + Facebook (Messenger) usually cover 80%+ of DMs. You can route clients to your Instagram DMs from your WhatsApp profile bio.
When it'll ship
