Usage & limits
How messages are counted, what happens when you hit the limit.
What's counted
COUNTS:
• Every AI-generated reply to a client (any channel)
DOES NOT COUNT:
• System events (confirmations, reminders)
• Read receipts
• FAQ matches without AI generation
• Preview chat tests
Usage bar in dashboard
In Overview tab → top you see "X / Y messages today" + visual progress bar. Color:
• Green — <70% of monthly limit
• Yellow — 70–95%
• Red — 95%+
When you hit the limit
When you hit 100% of the monthly limit:
• The bot stops replying automatically
• You see a warning in the dashboard: "Limit reached — upgrade or wait"
• You get an email
Three options:
1. Buy an add-on (+500 messages for €19) — instant
2. Upgrade to a higher plan — instant, prorated
3. Wait for the next billing cycle — limit resets
Email notifications
We email at:
• 80% of the limit — early warning
• 100% — limit reached
• Successful payment for the next cycle — limit refreshed
Trial limit (250)
During the 3-day trial the limit is flat 250 messages, regardless of plan. After the first payment the limit jumps to the plan's full quota (500 / 2000 / 5000).
