Pause and resume
How to temporarily pause and resume the bot.
In Overview tab → top there's a circular Pause/Play button. Click it — bot stops instantly. All new messages will go to you manually in Instagram/WhatsApp. Click again — resume.
When to pause
• Testing a tone change and don't want to bother real clients
• You have an issue (wrong price, say) and want to fix before going live
• Vacation and want to reply manually
What pause does NOT do
• Doesn't cancel existing calendar bookings
• Doesn't remove active subscriptions / billing
• Doesn't disable reminders — they're sent even when paused
