Cancellations & rescheduling
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments directly from chat.
When a client writes "I want to cancel my appointment" or "Can we reschedule my appointment to tomorrow", the bot auto-finds this client's last booking (by sender ID from Instagram/WhatsApp), confirms and executes the action in Google Calendar.
Real example — cancel and reschedule
The same client who already has a booking from the booking flow writes back later in Instagram DM. The bot recognizes who they are (by sender ID), finds the event in Google Calendar and offers options.

Tip: The bot always asks for confirmation before cancelling or rescheduling — to avoid accidental changes. Cancelled events leave Google Calendar within a second.
What if there are multiple bookings?
The bot asks which one to cancel ("I see two bookings for you — Tuesday or Thursday?"). After confirmation it cancels only that one.
Anti-abuse
To prevent abuse, the bot cancels only bookings from the current channel and current client. It can't cancel someone else's appointment even if the client writes "cancel Ivan's Tuesday booking".
