Training screen is stuck
If after "Create receptionist" the training screen doesn't progress beyond a couple of minutes.
How long it should take
It normally takes 30-90 seconds. If you see "Training your receptionist…" for more than 3 minutes without change — there's a real issue.
First: refresh
In 90% of cases the process has actually finished but the client missed the update. Hit F5 (or ctrl+R / cmd+R). If you land on Dashboard after refresh — everything was fine.
If refresh sends you back to training
This means the process really hasn't finished. Possible causes: AI provider downtime (rare), or your configuration contains invalid content (e.g. blocked supplier). Send us the configId from the URL to <a href="mailto:ai@raiceptionist.com">ai@raiceptionist.com</a> — we usually resolve in under an hour.
Tip: Don't start a new setup from scratch — your config is saved; we can finish it.
