rAIceptionist is a service operated by Agentix EOOD (Company ID 208755889, registered office: Varna 9005, Chayka, bl. 203, ent. B, fl. 9, ap. 25, Bulgaria). The platform provides an AI receptionist for businesses, including automatic message responses on Instagram, appointment booking in Google Calendar, and activity statistics.
To use the service, you must be at least 18 years old (or 16 with parental/guardian consent) and create an account with a valid email address. The service is intended for businesses and authorized business representatives. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all actions performed through your account.
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on the website. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. Upon cancellation, the service continues until the end of the paid period.
We offer a free trial period. After expiration, your card will be charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand.

The AI receptionist generates responses automatically. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee all responses will be perfect. You are responsible for configuring and monitoring your receptionist.
The service integrates with Meta (Instagram), Google (Calendar), and other providers. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations from these providers.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.
rAIceptionist is not liable for lost profits, lost clients, or other indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. We aim to resolve disputes amicably — contact us at ai@raiceptionist.com. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Complaints may also be filed with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (CPC): kzp.bg. If unresolved, disputes are referred to the competent court in Sofia, Bulgaria.
